Downloaded the app and it's not working... 4 Months ago  
We downloaded the desktop app and installed it successfully. Having said that, when I log in and choose our profile, no workspaces are displayed and when I opt to create a new workspace, the message says...

"You have reached your maximum allowed number of workspaces for the domain, you must upgrade in order"... then there is a continue button. That's it.

Also, when the 'edit' button is clicked, nothing happens.

Tried it again. It's not working. OSX 10.4.11 on an Intel dual G5.

No working for me either :( 3 Months, 1 Week ago  
Hello there,

I have the latest AIR and Desktop Companion build, I'm on OSX 10.5.4. I can log in ( ironcladimages.conceptshare.com ) fine, but none of my spaces display, just a blank grey box. Help!

I've not gotten any emails. I have had some issues with mail from the conceptshare.com domain in the past. Try kenharper(at)me.com as well.
