What are the user roles? 5 Months, 1 Week ago  
Account Owner - This is the person whom has total control over the account.
  • Can add/remove account administrators.

  • Can update billing information and change package levels.

  • Can create workspaces.

  • Can invite users to a workspace.

  • Can upload media/concepts to a workspace.

  • Can collaborate within ConceptShare (comment, markup, reply).

Account Administrator - These people can create and manage workspaces.
  • Can create workspaces.

  • Can invite users to a workspace.

  • Can upload media/concepts to a workspace.

  • Can collaborate within ConceptShare (comment, markup, reply).

Workspace Administrator / Author
  • Can invite users to a workspace they are an administrator of.

  • Can upload media/concepts to a workspace.

  • Can collaborate within ConceptShare (comment, markup, reply).

Reviewer / Participant
  • Can collaborate within ConceptShare (comment, markup, reply).

Guest / View Only
  • Can see concepts, markups, comments, and replies, but cannot comment themselves.
