If your payment is declined, you will receive an email notifying you that your credit card has been declined with an explanation of why. We will attempt to bill two more times over the next two days, and email you with each try. If your credit card cannot be billed, your account will be downgraded to the Free service. All your data will be saved, but you will only be able to access one workspace and three concepts.
You can update your billing information by calling us or having the account owner login and go to the Account Settings page and clicking on 'Update Billing Information'.
If you have been downgraded, you can re-upgrade the package you desire, and enable your workspaces and concepts.
