I downgraded my account, where did my concepts go? 5 Months, 1 Week ago  
When downgrading, your account's workspaces and concepts are disabled in order to comply with your new package details. If you were downgraded to a 'Free' package, those packages are restricted to three concepts per workspace. As a result the excess concepts have been disabled. Rest assured your information is still there, just disabled.

In order to enable and disable concepts go to the workspace details (Edit Workspace from the My Workspaces screen), click on the 'Concepts' tab, and click disable on one or more of your concepts and enable the ones you require.

In order to enable and disable workspaces click on the 'Eye' icon for the workspace in the My Workspaces screen.
