I've forgotten, lost or my password does not work 5 Months, 1 Week ago  
At the login window on ConceptShare's main site http://www.conceptshare.com, or your account domain login screen, simply fill out your email address and click "Forgot Password" and new password will be sent your email account.

Once you log in with this password, you can change your password by going to the "My Profile" section.
