This week will include a new feature to ConceptShare. When you add new users there will be a checkbox labeled 'Auto register new members'. When selected this will automatically register the user and send them a link via email which they can use to automatically login and view the workspace. No registering, selecting a password etc is necessary. Their first name will be the first portion of their email address before the @ symbol. And their last name will be blank.
