Not a huge problem or a show stopper, but def can replicate this ...



Click on;
-Add new concept
-Upload media
-Select the file to upload
-Click on Select File again
-Cancel the option box
-Click add new concept

The error message is:
Failed to open file dialog

Funny thing is the file name still exists from the previous selected file so it looks like it should be okay to upload but having opened the Select File window again and canceling it seems to confuse the upload box somewhat.

This certainly sounds plausible. Upon cancel the last file location is removed but the filename field is not updated.

I will look into this and if possible have it retain the last file selected upon cancel.

Today's update will contain a fix for this issue. If you select cancel, the last selected file is still present and available for upload. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
