Hi Chris,
Thanks to your team for adding this.

Just to clarify, is this set at a per-user or per-workspace level? ie- is it possible to make a certain workspace default to 100% for EVERY user that logs in?

This option is set for each user. The user would need to change it once, and then it will display all concepts this way until they change it again.
