Hi,

A lot of the work we do within Concept Share is for Website design, but we've had a number of Client's comment or complain that "the website is too small!" when they view the mockup.

I think this is due to the workspace mockup being set to 'shrink to fit', and so when a client logs in the workspace they view the website at 45% or something, and don't necessarily know they should zoom in.

So, is there a way to ensure that a workspace is viewed at 100% (or 1:1) when a user/client first logs in to view it?


This would save a lot of hassle and repeated conversation for us.

I can see the need for such a feature. I will add it to workspace preferences. This way the user can select how they want the concept to be loaded initially.

Was my first time to click the Leave Feedback button - which brought me to these forums.

My feedback was the same as andysolout's. An option for defaulting the [1:1] view would be very useful.

Any time line for instituting this feature?

I hope to have this in before weeks end. I will reply to this post when its been implemented.

This has been added. You can find the setting within the workspace. Click on View (top right) and then 'Default Concept Zoom'.
