hi, as the admin...i would like the ability to clear/delete the latest chat history... i just talked / tested an area with a developer and some things were shared which i do not want the client to see... any suggestions? for now, i hid the chat module, but i would like to add it as its quite useful otherwise...

Hi Kyle,

First, hiding the chat module only hides it for you. Not other users within the workspace. Users create their own workspace layout, so what you have is independent of other users.

Let me know which workspace and which account you want the chat cleared and I would be more then happy to delete the chat manually. Email support at conceptshare with the required information.
