its really odd, and a bit clunky to work with.
Can the extra spaces get removed so its just a complete list?

Odd, there shouldn't be spacing like that. I will look into this tomorrow morning and should have it fixed ASAP.

Not sure what happened, but now concept permissions resets itself every time.
I've tried twice with different workspaces and it automatically goes back to viewable by all.

Hi Tracy,

Which workspace are you experiencing this? I just checked it with one of mine and I have not been able to reproduce.
