Can´t Connect 3 Months, 3 Weeks ago  
Hi,

really like the Idea behind ConceptShare, special the Idea with that Desktop App. But after using it one time it got stucked now. Everytime I try to Login it jumps automaticly to Screen showing me "Logging In" and down there is a Button with"Sign me in". It shows me in the Top "Connected" but I cant navigate through the App.

Dont know what to do - even after re-install it wont work anymore. How can I fix that?

Hi Joe,

Can you explain the process you used to log in the first time? Did you select remember me, and or auto sign in? I few users have also said they have been having this problem. I have been unable to reproduce, so I am not sure where to begin in troubleshooting.

If you clear your cookies however (IE on windows, and safari on mac) you will be able to access your account from the desktop app again. Sorry for the inconvenience.

wow...very fast support.

The Solution you offered to me is working well...i never thought that the IE Cockies could interact with my desktop-apps but ok...I´m always learning=)

Have still one or two question but I will post them in the Forum supposed for.

=)
