A few things we are trying to iron out.

Once we have hidden a concept from someone. If they have the setting email me if concepts get added, or if comments get added, they still see those (even if they can't see that particular comp in CS). Very confusing.

Also, trying to figure out how to address them getting comp notifications for concepts they won't see in a matter of seconds.

Maybe permissions is as an option when you upload the comp?
Or by a global account setting that you can choose between everyone seeing a comp when you initially upload it or only the uploader seeing the comp until they invite others (much like a workspace).

Thoughts?

Sorry for the delay. Its been busy around here for last few days. We will modify the system so that users are not sent notifications for concepts they do not have permission to see.

Regarding receiving the new concept emails. We will add the option to suppress new concept emails on concept upload, which will display the concept permissions upon completion. User you then select to see the concept will be emailed the standard notification. This will take a few days to complete though.

I am not sure if this is possible. But here is our scenario:

We usually work in a workspace for a week or so prior to inviting our clients in. Because the default for inviting new members is to see all comps, we have to madly go through the comps and turn off visibility to all the internal comps for the clients anytime we invite them in.

any way at an account level to make the default viewable by no one?
I know this isn't ideal for most CS users as it adds a tedious step.
