Not really sure what's up but the companion is all wonky..
See the screen grabs...
completely freezes no matter if you choose to update or not.

also when I go to update I get this error:
Sorry, an error has occured.
This application cannot be installed because this installer has been misconfigured. Please contact the application author for assistance.

Hi Tracy,

The latest update corrects all of these issues. The reason the automatic update doesn't work is because we now digitally signed the application. and because of the certificate change. The update must be done manually. if you go to http://www.conceptshare.com/conceptshare-desktop you can update the application.

You may have to also uninstall the current version before installing the new one (from add/remove programs).
