[Resolved] restricting comp. to set of users 3 Months, 3 Weeks ago
We are desperate to figure out ways to stop our clients from commenting on internal flow.
We've tried labeling, flagging and folders. The only thing we have left is to kick her out every time we need to review internally. That is definitely not ideal for either parties.

Is there any way to make an optional field that allows you to say this comp is visible to workspace administrators only? That would solve our problem. :)

Thanks,

Hi Tracy,

You are always one step ahead of us!

We have recently added a new function to the API which will setup permissions for concepts (Who can see, and more importantly who cannot see).

We were planning on allowing users to control this as well, but at a later date. We will move this up in priority, and I will let you know when its ready for testing.

It will function as follows:

All users can see a concept by default. After a concept has been uploaded you can select which users are not allowed to see the concept.

Hi Tracy,

Today's update included concept permissions. From the workspace you can click the concept options to gain access to the concepts permissions. You can also do it from the concepts tab of the editworkspace lightbox from the web manager.

All users are given access by default.

very cool. Works wonderfully.
Gone are the days of clients commenting on internal stuff.
Gone are the days of two different CS spaces.

We have noticed no bugs so far. Thank you for implementing!
YAY!
