I have been unable to do print summary for a number of days now on a mac (safari or firefox). I click on the feature in the dropdown and the mouse arrow dissapears for 15 or so seconds, but nothing happens. I don't have any popup blockers active and it was working not to long ago.

Is there something I need to do?

Interesting. I updated the code used to open the popups about a month ago to comply with ie.7 standards. I will have Scott try it on his mac tomorrow to see if we can re-produce.

We had this problem with Firefox (latest) but not Safari. The fix for us was to just switch browsers.

Scott has tried this on his mac. Firefox 3.0 and Safari 3.11 (5525.20) work properly. Can you let me know what versions of these browser you are running.

This happened to me today using Safari (Version 3.1.1 (4525.18)). OSX 10.4.11

Follow up....

Tried it again using Safari to make sure (after a reboot). Still not working.

I would recommend updating your version of safari. The changes we made were necessary for IE7 browsers.
