How do I get my password?

At the login window, type in your email address and click "Forgot Password". A new password will be emailed to your email address.

How do I activate my account?

Search your email for "Activate your account - action required" and click the activation link in that email. If you can't find the email or the link does not work, please email  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it  from the same email address you signed up with and ask us to activate your account.

What do I need to use ConceptShare?

ConceptShare works in any web browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled, and Flash Player 8.2 or higher. It works very well with both Mac and PCs. Computers with better processors experience better performance with larger vector data.

What types of files can you import?

IMAGES: JPEG, GIF and PNG files. 
PDFs: Multi page PDFs, no secure PDFs. 
URLs : Any web page that does not contain HTML or JavaScript errors. 
DWG: CAD file import available on the Business and Enterprise packages.

What are the user roles?

Account managers can create new workspaces 
Authors can add and update visual concepts in existing workspaces, add and remove users and delete comments 
Participants can review, comment and mark up visual concepts 
Guests can only observe

What are the restrictions on my account vs. paid accounts?

Free accounts are limited to one workspace with three visual concepts, and do not have SSL security enabled.

How do I allow all my users to save concepts locally?

Select "Edit workspace" and click the checkbox next to "Allow all users to download Concepts"

Why are fonts within my PDF's are not being displayed properly?

Fonts must be embedded within the PDF using PDF/X.

Why doesn't the website capture tool work on my site?

The web capture tool will only work if the webpage has no HTML or JavaScript errors. It also does not capture animated GIFs or Flash videos.

Is my work protected?

We take the security of your work very seriously, using the same enterprise strength 256 bit SSL encryption that banks use. Your data is backed up several times a day and our hosting partner has some of the best security policies in the business.

How do I upgrade/downgrade/cancel my account?

From the My Workspaces dashboard, click the "Account Settings" tab. Choose your desired account level and click "Upgrade" or "Downgrade".

How do I update my credit card?

Please call at 1-888-495-5556 to update your credit card information. Do not email us your credit card number.

What happens if my payment is declined?

If your payment is declined, you will receive an email notifying you that your credit card has been declined with an explanation of why. We will attempt to bill two more times over the next two days, and email you with each try. If your credit card cannot be billed, your account will be downgraded to the Free service. All your data will be saved, but you will only be able to access one workspace and three concepts.

How will I be billed?

Your credit card will be billed monthly. There are no contracts or hidden fees; you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at anytime.
