How to use the Region Tool
The Region Tool is a new commenting tool that allows you to quickly and easily bring attention to a specific area of an asset, while at the same time keeping the area visually connected with the related Comment. Not only that, but for those of us that find mouse markup cumbersome, the region tool is an answer to our prayers. Rather than having to delete our markup and redraw over and over until we get it right, we now have the option to simply click, and drag. Quick. Easy. Accurate.
Using The Region Tool
- Click the New Comment button
- Select the RegionTool
- Place your cross hairs
- Click and drag your region
- Add your comment
If you need to re-size or move your region, click and drag it. You can also click and drag any of the re-size areas on the rectangle itself. It’s as simple as that.
